On all orders! USA Only. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Flat rate shipping uses USPS First Class or Priority Mail services, depending on order weight. Free Shipping uses USPS Priority Mail service and will take 1-3 days depending on distance from Southern California.

We do ship internationally via USPS International Priority Mail, UPS, DHL.
We cannot insure against lost or stolen shipments. Buyer assumes all risk for shipments. In the very rare circumstance of a lost shipment, we will place a trace on the package and make a claim for it if necessary on your behalf. However, the outcome of that claim is not guaranteed.
Also customer is responsible for taxes and duties that can be applied.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

If your purchase does not completely satisfy you, you may always return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item is in "like new" condition. That means item needs to be unwashed and unworn and has all tags. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  

If you are making an exchange, your new merchandise will be shipped to you at NO additional shipping charge.

Please include a note as to what action you would like taken (return and refund, or exchange for another item (with style, color and size, with balance to be charged to your credit card or balance to be reimbursed by check)).
